Currently, all root causes are available for selection regardless of the issue type, which can lead to confusion and misclassification. For example, root causes related to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) are not relevant for production-related issues, and vice versa.
I propose introducing a feature that allows administrators to define and link specific root causes to specific issue types. This would ensure that users only see relevant root causes when logging or analyzing an issue, improving data quality and making root cause analysis more efficient.
