Currently, ACC does not allow all default issue categories and types to be renamed or removed (with some, such as Coordination, unable to be deactivated), which limits our ability to standardize company-specific issue structures. To create our own naming conventions, we must deactivate default categories and build new ones, resulting in duplicate or similar types and cluttered issue settings for Project Admin. Allowing full control to rename or remove default categories and types would streamline administration and better align the platform with company standards.
