The template setting will minimize the effrot in filling redundant data;

The XLS bulk import fill allow a better integration between different system for tracking of Project Development that can be used in a project, reducing any manual re-works

We also need the option to export issue templates to excel and import them into other projects (similar to the checklists in BIM360).

We had to manually add 100 issue templates in around 100 projects, which took around 30 minutes per project. An excel export and import would have saved us a lot of time.

It would also be useful to subdivide the issue templates so that several templates can be activated or deactivated at once.

A bulk editing function for the templates also saves a lot of time, as the templates can be adapted more quickly to specific projects

Currently, setting up new Issue templates in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) can be a time-consuming process, especially for projects requiring a large number of detailed or standardized issue types. Manual creation of each template, including all its fields, categories, and attributes, is repetitive and inefficient, particularly when deploying the same set of templates across multiple projects or when migrating from existing systems. This manual overhead significantly impacts the speed of project setup and the ability to maintain consistency across the portfolio.

To dramatically streamline project configuration and enhance standardization, we request the capability to import Issue templates directly through an Excel (or CSV) table. This functionality would allow users to define all aspects of their issue templates – including custom fields, types, subtypes, and associated attributes – in a familiar spreadsheet format. Such an import feature would enable rapid deployment of standardized issue workflows, reduce manual data entry errors, and facilitate seamless replication of best practices across projects, significantly accelerating project onboarding and improving data quality from day one.
