Please review the contents of my support case and the response, and try to make this a new feature so that we can eliminate confusion amongst our bidders on who to contact for what bid package. When using the mass publish feature, bid invite emails should be received separately from each bid package (lead) the bidder is invited to.

We ran a few bid invite tests today to troubleshoot why subcontractors sometimes contact the wrong team member regarding their bid packages. We found that when a bid package lead is set, BuildingConnected does direct subcontractors to the correct team member for questions, concerns, or bid submissions.
However, we noticed an issue when using the mass-publish bid invite feature:
In today’s test, I was added as a bidder on two packages (Demolition and Drywall).
Alejandro, our Chief Estimator, is set as the bid package lead on other packages, but not these two.
When Narahari sent out the mass bid invite, the email I received came from Alejandro for both packages — even though he is not the lead on Demolition or Drywall.
This creates confusion because many trades receive invites for multiple packages, and we want the point of contact to match the lead for each specific package.
Our question: Is there a way to configure BuildingConnected so that:
Subcontractors receive individual bid package invites, and
Each invite shows the correct bid package lead as the contact, rather than defaulting to one person (in this case Alejandro) for all packages in a mass invite?
