It's a little thing, but it'd be SO easy to save thousands of users a minute or two. Either send along a calendar invite that folks can click on, or an option to sign up for invitations instead of emails, or even a public shared outlook calendar so that folks can more easily add than try to figure out what time zone they need to change their appointment to.
