On BIM 360, when you attempt to add a user to a project whose account is inactive, it will notify you and instruct you to contact your administrator; ACC should do this too. Currently, ACC merely pretends to add the user, but they never appear in the Members list, and you have no idea why. If the user is in the members list, then add an inactive icon or notifier next to the user - see attached image so the end user doesn't select the wrong user to the project.
