Being that Desktop connector file paths in File Explorer are unique to Workspace (user profile by default), when sharing file/folder locations with team members by copying paths in address bar (or right-clicking and copying path), the address does not work for other team members (unless everyone's workspace is set to the same location somewhere not in user profile). This has been raised several times, but it never seems to gain much traction—which I find quite surprising! We urgently need the ability to add members to multiple projects at once. We manage over 100 projects, and every time a new starter joins, I have to manually go through each project to: Select project → Add members → Add user → Send invite — repeated 100+ times. This process can take over an hour. To make matters worse, the new starter then receives 100+ email notifications, which is overwhelming and unnecessary. It would be incredibly helpful if ACC allowed us to: Add a company or group to multiple projects at once, or Assign a user to selected or all projects in bulk. Currently, Build > Sheets allows you to customize the sort order and what letters are used for Disciplines. It would be nice to have a customizable text box on the cover page of a report. This is important for issue detail reports (punch reports) that apply to specific areas but not the whole project and also for being able to include some default legal language without having to edit the pdf of the report after the fact. For a current program we have, typically we will see 10+ reports generated per project and there are hundreds of projects, so eliminated a repetitive task at scale would be a wonderful time saver! View what a transmittal is set at (view other recipients or hide them) in a column, report, or filter 2. Set the default to be one option over the other would be incredibly helpful.
