In BIM 360 Admin portal we have the ability to see when selecting an individual user any project that person is assigned to in our portal and what their access level assigned is.   We would like to have this same feature in ACC. We don't need to see every project that user is assigned to only the ones that are associated with our portal.  Show More

It's very important for companies who don't always use the same template with the same folders and permissions, to have a clear overview of 'who has permission to what'. Now, you have to go to each folder to check the permission settins individually, if you have a lot of folders (named with numbers of similar names), it can get quite confusing. Like the file log export function, it should also have an export function showing all the permissions granted (per person, role or company) per folder in the project. Show More

It would be great if pdfs could work as pdfs in any other software and we could scroll through them. We have process documents and all sorts of pdfs that are many many pages long and finding stuff there is horrible when you have to click each page and scrolling through is not possible. It is also weird that because of this behavior the pdf documents cant even be printed, because the system would only print one page. The only solution is the download and than print. Or sync the project with DC to your computer and than print. On the other hand we also work on projects where our permission level doesnt allow us to download and that makes things diffiucult. To review a PDF with multiple pages in Docs, you have to go through each page individually, which can be time-consuming and impractical. Hi,   It will be good to have a QR code automatically created once the Asset is created on Build Assets. It should be printable so that the QR code can be pasted on the Assets at site. Use Case Scenario: A project team shares a folder (with all its files) from one project (source) to another project (target) using the "Bridge - Share to Target Project" feature. The folder structure and files successfully appear in the target project. However, the folder attributes and their applied values, which are already configured in the source project, do not transfer to the target project. Current Limitation / Problem Statement: Even when "Automatically sync updates to target project" is enabled, the attributes remain confined to the source project. As a result, project teams must manually recreate and reapply all attributes and values in the target project. This creates significant manual overhead, inefficiency, and risk of inconsistency, especially in large-scale projects where folder attributes are extensively used for classification, filtering, and reporting. Proposed Enhancement: Enhance the folder sharing mechanism in ACC Docs to allow attributes (and their applied values) to be shared/synced along with the folder and files when using "Share to Target Project". Provide an option at the time of sharing, such as: “Include folder attributes and values in sync” (checkbox). Ensure that subsequent updates to attributes in the source project can also be auto-synced to the target project (similar to how file updates are synced today). If attribute master lists differ across projects, provide a mapping option or error notification so that users are aware and can align their attribute standards. Business Value: Saves significant manual effort in reapplying attributes. Ensures data consistency and integrity across linked projects. Improves collaboration efficiency when working on multi-project or multi-organization environments. Reduces chances of human error in attribute management. After you send a transmittal, I don't see any way to send that same transmittal to additional people.  Sometimes we miss someone that needs the transmittal also.  Sometimes someone new is added to the team (either in ACC or outside of ACC) that needs the Transmittal.  I don't want to have to create a whole new transmittal just to send the same thing to someone else.     Thank you!.  Show More
