The ability to bulk edit multiple SOV items at once to hide their subitems would be a very handy tool. I have a large SOV at the top level, and do not want the equally extensive budget subitems to be visible on my pay application. Manually selecting each SOV top line and selecting 'hide subitems' takes a frustratingly longer time than it should, and could easily be fixed by the ability to checkmark the whole list and 'hide subitems'. I like the ability to hide the sub items per line - I do not want this to turn into a blanket All On or All Off and nothing in between option. Hiding my General Conditions sub items but not the rest of the SOV sub items is still a necessity. However, often the need to hide all subitems is required and adds time to our workflow.

Currently, users can create an SCO at the same point in time that they can create an OCO. But if the OCO isn't eventually approved, the SCO shouldn't happen, and yet the documentation has already been generated and send to the sub. It would be very practical to have a toggle to turn on the ability to prevent the creation (or anything past draft status) of an SCO without an approved/accepted OCO or COR in place. This can prevent major budget issues and reinforce a proper order of operations when necessary.

I am using the Assets tool to track the status of fabrication duct and pipe with options such as "fabricated, installed, tested" etc. This works great on ACC's mobile viewer except for when you want to change the status of a specific object. There needs to be the ability to click on an object in the Assets view and be able to change the status rather than clicking through the Assets list hoping you land on the correct objects. Thanks!

We would like to request an enhancement to the "Select All" functionality in Autodesk Takeoff. Currently, selection and grouping of model elements are limited to the Type Name property only. This limits our ability to efficiently group or filter model elements based on more relevant Revit properties such as Size, Material, System Classification, Level, or any Custom Parameters. In real-world workflows, especially in MEP and architectural modeling, element properties beyond Type Name (e.g., duct size, pipe diameter, or insulation type) are critical for accurate quantity takeoff and material grouping. It Enable users to select, group, or filter model elements using other Revit parameters (built-in or custom) within the Autodesk Takeoff platform. This would significantly improve flexibility, reduce manual workaround steps (e.g., renaming type names in Revit), and streamline coordination between BIM authors and quantity estimators.

At present, it is not possible to re-order columns, only select to display them on/off. Please replicate the behaviour used elsewhere in ACC, e.g. in Docs, where the column order can be sorted by dragging each column header to change the order. Example in Assets: Example in Docs of desired behaviour:

Please add the ability to view payment applications in a yearly view, not just per billing period, and to extract this yearly view into XLS format. This enhancement would provide a comprehensive overview of financial transactions over the entire year, allowing for better analysis and strategic planning. Being able to export this yearly data would facilitate easier reporting, auditing, and sharing of information with stakeholders, ultimately leading to more efficient financial management.

Currently you cannot Edit the Status Set of an Asset. If you mistakenly apply the Status Set, you have to delete the Asset and remake it to change the Status Set. See the attached image for context.

Currently it seems that only individuals can be assigned as a required reviewer or optional reviewer of a submittal. In reality, a review may be required from any one member of a group, but not each member of that group. For example, when a review by the structural engineer is required, that may be completed by one of a few different people within that company's project team. If ACC allowed a group to be created which contains each potential reviewer from a single consultant company, and then that group could be assigned as a required reviewer, this would streamline the review process. Currently, the work-around is multiple people sharing the log-in information for one individual's account, but that creates a potentially inaccurate record of who reviewed a submittal. The other work-around is to have each individual log in and mark the submittal as "reviewed", even though only one person actually reviewed it, which also created an inaccurate record, and also can delay the review.
