First point: A person who creates an issue has a drop-down list with all the categories/types available in the project. It's not user-friendly and is confusing. We need the ability to filter issue types based on role, company, or user. For example : a quality manager can only create quality issue, no need to see all other types. A very common workflow in construction is tracking quantities entered on Daily Reports. These quantities then go into what is being billed for/charged/paid in the Pay Apps (Cost and/or Budget).  Being able to connect these would be incredibly valuable in completing construction workflows. The solution would need to be able to take daily entries and add them as Pay Apps are typically submitted monthly (or weekly, but not daily). A verification setting would be helpful too - or an approval workflow. Reporting of the daily quantities rolled into a weekly report would make this an ideal solution. Show More

 Autodesk Build – RFI Numbers allowed in Autodesk Build are not long enough to ensure compliance with ISO 19650 numbering requirements We are using Autodesk Build on ISO 19650-compliant projects and have run into a limitation with the RFI Number field. Under ISO 19650, we are required to use structured, standardised container IDs (for example: ABB-EXX-KIZ-ALL-ZZZ-RFI-0000). The current RFI Number field in Autodesk Build does not allow enough characters to store the full ISO 19650-compliant ID. Why this matters • We need to align RFI identifiers with our CDE and document control processes. • Incomplete IDs make it harder to trace RFIs back to documents/models and to maintain a clear audit trail. • This creates a compliance risk on projects where ISO 19650 is a contractual requirement. Requested enhancement The following would solve the issue: 1. Increase the character limit on the RFI Number field so a full ISO 19650 container ID can be stored; and/or This change would help all customers delivering ISO 19650 projects and improve traceability and compliance in Autodesk Build.
