I want to be able to have a subcontractor enter in their final billing for the project and then enter in a separate full retention billing.  I want these two billings to be separate billings but occur in the same month and ultimately be combined on a single owner pay app billing. Sub Contractors who Collaborators for pay app billing are not able to input their retention billings unless they have full access.  I don't want to provided full access to the sub contractors but want them to be able to upload their retention billing once retention billing is selected to be opened for billing. Could you create an SI tool alongside RFIs? The SI gets put in sheets; however, it should be its own entity with issuance tracking and hyperlinks to the RFI that initiated the creation. Should also have further info as to what sub consultant SI# are included. Show More

Please consider adding a specific category for LED outdoor Signs and inside displays. In creating a new project we used created an RFI type called "Bid RFI".  It was incorrectly used with the RFI default workflow, when it should have been the coordinating workflow.  We never used the RFI - we never created a single RFI.  But it was the wrong workflow type so I deleted it.  When I tried to re-do it, I got the error message that "RFI type with same name already exists."  It seems ridiculous to lock down that name if not a single RFI was ever created.  Please provide 1 of 2 options:   1) if No RFI ever gets issued, release the name to be used again. -OR-   2) allow the RFI type to be edited to change the workflow.  It gets greyed out and if I could have, I would have just switched it to coordinating workflow.   Show More

At the end of the review workflow, once files have been assigned a status there is an option to copy the file into a different folder.   We use this functionality to copy the file into a 'for construction' folder, which the site team then works from.    When hovering over the status, in the original folder, a hyperlink is available, taking the user directly to the review that Version of the file was included in. This is vry helpful to find comments that were added during the review workflow, or to find out more detail about who reviews the document, and when, etc.    In the folder where the file was copied to, at the end of the review workflow, the hyperlink is not available.     Please provide the hyperlink in both folders, directly to the review.    Because this is not available we not only need to navigate through the folder structure to find the file issued for construction, but we also need to then navigate through the original 'shared' folder structure, or hunt for the file in the review checklist. With thousands of reviews taking place this really is a needle in a haystack to track down the correct review.    The way we have set the folder structure up aligns with BS 19650, however the functionality currently available makes this complicated and wastes time for our users.       Show More

ACC Permissions question. In my company we have a whole draughting / digital design team to take care of all the drawings and models for the engineers. An internal issue I know, but we don't like giving engineers permissions to download native files like .dwg or .rvt. But we do want them publishing markups so we can address any design comments. Thing is, to have publishing ability - this comes with download ability which people do, and then make duplicate copies of stuff away from the ACC CDE. Has anyone mentioned before that permissions seem too high? It would be ideal if there were permissions to just view + publish mark ups. Any thoughts? Kind regards  Show More

Now that GIS data is becoming more accessible in Autodesk products it would be great to see GIS data being recognised in data exchange to that apps like Revit could extract the information they need. Projects have milestones which are are set dates. Each Milestone requires delivery of a specific information container. It would be very helpful if a (deadline) date could be set to trigger the review.   It would be perfect if it would be possible to exchange the information container to a Bridged project on that date to trigger a review there. A Package can currently only be created efficiently if all of the files you want are in one folder together, and nothing else that you don't want in the Package is in that folder. If this were always the case, there would be less of a need to create a Package since all of the information could already be easily found in a folder. To create a package where the files you want are part of a large folder and buried among many other files you do not want, there is no way to search except by filename or title.    Please consider adding search parameters here so that files can be added in bulk. E.g., ability to search for all files of a certain revision, or all files belonging to a specific submission, etc.  Show More

On a large project you don't dare sync the files to view the models because it is all or nothing and we don't need every single model or file in the field. You had it right once and only once in BIM 360 Field Classic and BIM 360 Glue with the "Send To Field" option. Also provide a bridge function so it can be sent to another projects "Construction Models" Bring that back so we can have our federated and coordinated models available and actually be able to navigate them in the field. It would be very helpful if there was a column for Dates of when an RFI response was provided, when exporting an RFI report. My current project is experiencing long delays from designers taking a month+ to review RFIs. And with 400+ RFIs, it's very time consuming to review and add dates of when their response was provided. I would like to receive a weekly report of the chosen sheets (Last published, by whom etc - the functionality of a plan list). For now on I can export it manually, (Sheets> export plan report) but I would prefer to have it sent automatically every week. I also don't see a template for this.  Show More
