Projects have milestones which are are set dates. Each Milestone requires delivery of a specific information container. It would be very helpful if a (deadline) date could be set to trigger the review.   It would be perfect if it would be possible to exchange the information container to a Bridged project on that date to trigger a review there. On a large project you don't dare sync the files to view the models because it is all or nothing and we don't need every single model or file in the field. You had it right once and only once in BIM 360 Field Classic and BIM 360 Glue with the "Send To Field" option. Also provide a bridge function so it can be sent to another projects "Construction Models" Bring that back so we can have our federated and coordinated models available and actually be able to navigate them in the field. It would be very helpful if there was a column for Dates of when an RFI response was provided, when exporting an RFI report. My current project is experiencing long delays from designers taking a month+ to review RFIs. And with 400+ RFIs, it's very time consuming to review and add dates of when their response was provided. A Package can currently only be created efficiently if all of the files you want are in one folder together, and nothing else that you don't want in the Package is in that folder. If this were always the case, there would be less of a need to create a Package since all of the information could already be easily found in a folder. To create a package where the files you want are part of a large folder and buried among many other files you do not want, there is no way to search except by filename or title.    Please consider adding search parameters here so that files can be added in bulk. E.g., ability to search for all files of a certain revision, or all files belonging to a specific submission, etc.  Show More

Hi All,  I would like to submit a request for folders which applied Naming Standard, it should be possible to have a selection to skip the Holding Area Step if the file follows the Naming Standard.   By Using Desktop Connector, this can be done, however, when uploading files into ACC directly, it will prompt the Holding Area interface first then only Upload and appears in the Folder. Similar to how Search Sets work in Navisworks, it would be nice to be able to save a set of property criteria which can then search through the model and find all instances that match.  Instead of needing to recreate filter states again (which is prone to user error), there would be a list of previously-defined filter states that the user can choose from.   This would also be very helpful when processing updated models that are published to Takeoff which included added elements.  Instead of manually hunting for these new objects, being able to simply run the criteria set to capture these new objects would save time and reduce user error.   Bonus points if you can link/associate a set of criteria directly to a takeoff type so that changes to the model are automatically processed and reflected in the takeoff. In the meetings tab in Autodesk Build, you can go in a create a new meeting with descriptions, topics and also add meeting attachments. I would like to see the ability to create a meeting and be able to choose if you want it to be a reoccurring meeting (set the day, time and how often you want it to be occurring). As well as being able to have it send out a different attachment each time. For instance, if you create a meeting and you set it to reoccur weekly, for 20 weeks, you can drag and drop 20 attachments in the meeting slot, and it sends out a different one each week. Show More

We have a First Aid Record in Forms that requires privacy and a very limited number of viewers. However, Project Admins are automatically set as Managers and have access to view all forms. Could you update it so that Project Admins can be removed from having Manager permissions on Forms? Right now, under Managers, Project Admins is greyed out and can't be deselected.  Show More

I believe it would be really helpful if users could create a transmittal from files in multiple packages. Currently such a feature is not available. Once a transmittal is created from files in one package, other files from other packages cannot be added to that transmittal. Alternatively, if we had an option to create a package which could combine files from multiple other packages, it would also help with creating that combined transmittal. Show More

When reviewing a document, in the top left of the screen is the name of the document. Following 19650 naming protocols, I have 42 characters in each file name. This character length is too long for the review screen and I cannot see the full file name. Make it longer. Show More
