When a form is referenced to a sheet and the report is exported, the revision markups made in the form do not appear. This is a limitation, since teams on site (Quality, Production, H&S) often make annotations directly in the forms. The new improvements in Account Admin around Roles are a huge win so thank you for that! That being said this prompted us to look closer at our roles who has what roles and on what projects which is great. That lead us into going into each project and trying to clean up all the roles. With that, trying to remember what role each person is supposed to have while inside a project is nearly impossible for us mere humans. That leads me to my idea. When you select a role (and this could work for default Company too) within Project Admin that person's Account Admin default role should be the first role that pops up and have (Default) next to it, so it becomes really easy to know where to place that person. This should be the case whether that person already has an assigned role or not. Show More

It would be good if, when the layout of a plan changes, the markings are also moved accordingly. For example, if the floor plan and the section are swapped on a plan, the previous markings should also be moved. This prevents any confusion when plans are moved. This applies in particular to PDF and DWG files, as well as plans in Revit files that are stored in Docs and compared with each other through version control.   Show More

After the latest update in ACC, all PDFs are forced to open in the built-in ACC viewer instead of the browser’s native PDF viewer (previously Chrome PDF Viewer / PDFium). This change has a significant negative impact on daily workflows: Performance: The ACC PDF viewer takes around 10 seconds to open a file, compared to ~3 seconds before. Zoom & navigation: The zooming behavior is less precise. It jumps and does not stay focused on the title block or other details I need to check. Copying text: In the browser viewer, it was easier to copy document numbers, revision numbers, and other metadata for cross-checking with Omega and other systems. Workflow disruption: My typical process is to open the PDF in a side window while working with attributes in ACC. I also need to update statuses in ACC at the same time. The new viewer makes this more cumbersome. Additional impact: Because of the change, I now often have to download each PDF file to my computer in order to review them properly. This breaks the workflow inside ACC, makes it harder to keep track of document revisions directly in the system, and increases the risk of working on outdated files. Request: Please provide an option to choose between the ACC PDF Viewer and the native browser PDF viewer (Chrome PDF Viewer). The native viewer is faster, simpler, and better for users who mainly need to review, zoom, and copy text from PDFs rather than using advanced markup tools. Show More

Just like the Sheets search already does, please create the ability to save searches and save filters for every other function in Build.  One example of this hassle is for filtering RFIs.  I should not have to filter out closed issues every time I go back to that screen.  Provide the ability to save a filter for easy navigation.   Show More

Provide the ability to reference and Asset to an Asset.   I have a client who’s an insurance restoration builder using Assets as locations within Autodesk Build. This approach allows them to reference nearly any project element to a specific location, enabling detailed tracking of the remediation lifecycle for each space. They can't however reference a physical Asset to that space.   While it may seem logical to use Locations, their visibility is limited to Issues, Forms, and Assets once the Location field has been populated, with no visibility across other Autodesk Build items. Furthermore, unlike Assets, QR codes cannot be generated directly from a Location, necessitating the use of third-party tools.   Alternatively, enhancing the functionality of Locations could address this. It would be amazing to have a workflow for Issues. Similar to RFI, Submittals, or Reviews. Right now, limiting it to managers only being able to close issues is good, but an automated multi-step review process would be great. We use issues in our prerelease internal review work. This is before our final review for releasing a doc, for which we use the reviews function. It would be fantastic if we had the option to assign the issue to a different person depending on the status or allow people to "submit" a issue and move it to a different step in the workflow so we can better track who is doing what to address the issues. It is currently impossible to remove a reference to a closed Form.  This causes problems when the incorrect Form is accidentally referenced to an Issue/RFI/Submittal.   In our company, references are used to help compile data packs that support work approvals, substantiate instructions to contractors, or are submitted to clients.  The presence of incorrect references in these cases can lead to confusion and look unprofessional.   This might be understandable if the reference to the Form was added before the Form was closed.  However, it also occurs when a reference is added to a Form that has been closed previously as well.   Please allow for references to closed Forms to be removed. When exporting issue reports to Excel from Docs, it would be helpful to have an option to arrange user-defined fields in the desired column order during export.   Currently, the exported fields appear to be sorted alphabetically, making it inconvenient to edit the results afterward. When you have documents with 20+ pages, that can even be in hundreds, you want to scroll through the pages. Likewise, when you are scrolling through so many pages, you do not want to keep going back and forth between single page and continuous scroll just to leave a markup, as it is time consuming. There should be an option to add the markups the same way as in the single page view to add markups in the continuous scroll view. Show More

We create 100+ Review Auto-triggers per project and would request the ability to duplicate an existing review auto-trigger, like you can with a review etc. Currently each Review Auto-trigger has to manually be set up from scratch, which is taking a lot of time and duplicates a lot of information which opens up the process to errors. I would also like to request more options within the view window where you have an overview of all of the review auto-triggers. Instead of just being able to filter by name, we would like to be able to filter by all the fields within the auto-trigger, so we can filter and check how many are using what triggers etc. Show More
