Hi everyone, We're working on integrating ACC for on-site operations, including collaboration with subcontractors. One key aspect is the defect tracking workflow. To ensure the integrity of this process, it's crucial that information added by the initiator, such as priority and categories, remains unalterable. I propose implementing permissions on issues feature for attributes, whether custom or native, to address this. Additionally, making GPS location a mandatory field would be beneficial, as it ensures accuracy despite mobile adjustments to the GPS pin. Creating a robust workflow would also significantly improve the process, allowing the person responsible for modifications to evaluate whether changes are acceptable. Currently, anyone can alter the status, disrupting the process flow, and email notifications alone are insufficient for managing this critical task effectively. Thank you in advance!
