It would be useful to have a configurable setting that, when toggled on, automatically sets the submittal review duration based on the selected priority level. For example, setting a submittal to High priority would automatically assign a 3-day review period, Medium would default to 7 days, and Low would be set to 14 days. Recently, the Submittals feature was enhanced to include the ability to download all submittal files once a submittal is closed, which is a helpful improvement. However, this functionality is currently not available during the review process, specifically within the Ball in Court window. It would be a valuable enhancement to add a "Download All" button in the Ball in Court section, allowing users to easily download all uploaded files at once when multiple documents have been submitted for review. As project teams change, the person(s) responsible for reviewing submittals changes.  When updating the review workflow it will only apply itself to submittals created after the workflow had been updated.  There should be an option to update the workflow of every open submittal so that each one does not have to be manually updated. I would like to see an Ai review feature in submittals that reviews the provided submittal versus the specification.  I can see this being beneficial to a reviewer for product data.  Shop drawings may not work for this feature.  Looking for a cursory review of the submittal for compliance prior to a reviewer even having to look at the submittal.  This would save us a significant amount a time on submittal reviews. It would be great to have a vacation calendar in build, where you can assign a delegate that will have the ability to complete any "ball in court" steps in your absence.   The issue is raised because sometimes when we are using custom work flows for RFIs and Submittals, if that member is on vacation for an extended length of time, then the RFI or Submittal can be held up.   If there was an option to add in your days off within ACC, set a delegate to cover your work and ACC automatically assigns those review steps to the delegate, there will be less chance of lost review time when using custom workflows. An added benefit would be for site coverage and planning purposes. Show More

When a responsible subcontractor uploads a submittal and submits, the submittal gets reviewed by the 'submittal manager' prior to sending to the submittal 'reviewer'.  Often times the submittal needs to be returned to the responsible contractor.  There is the option to step back but there is not the ability to include an attachment or provide detailed notes - the 'note' section is not conducive to this.   It would be very helpful to have the same process in a step back as there is when moving the submittal forward through the review process. The current limit on a single page to view sheets - 100, the current limit on a single page to view submittals - 50.  Is there a reason that this list can not be a full list of the first page?  At least increase to 100.  Additionally when selecting a submittal to view from say 51-75 of 75, when returning to the submittal list it brings you back to the 1-50 of 75.  I would be much more convenient to return back to the location where you clicked on the submittal.      Show More

It would be great to have the option to not "assign to responsible contractor" For our current workflows, only the General Contractor send submittals on behalf of their subcontractors. Basically the GC needs to assign the submittal to themselves, then send it to the Consultant. There are multiple places in ACC where you need to enter long lists of data one item at a time. This is extremely time consuming and error prone. There should be a way to import lists like that from a spreadsheet or csv file. Custom sumbittal item numbering has been introduced recently. However, the excel template for item import seems it hasn't been updated, therefore it doesn't allow for numbering the imported items. Please update the template so it can also import the sumbittal custom number. Show More

Right now, it is very easy to add watchers in bulk. But if a watcher needs to be removed from 10s or 100s of items, one needs to open them one by one. It doesn't help that the platform doesn't like having multiple tabs open. A bulk action to remove them would be great. Show More

We noticed that if you are working on a submittal review, you cannot save it and come back to it later. You have to complete the review and provide a response if you want your markups saved. Some submittals are huge and can take several days review. The only work around right now is to download the submittal and work with it offline until you are ready to re-upload. This is not a great solution. Please provide a feature to save markups within Submittals without formally providing a response until you're ready.  Show More
