Often we got projects with only ifc files. When publishing sheets by revit the only links that are visible in Sheet envrioment on ACC are the save cloud model links. For ifc you have to create a workaround where we first have to make from the ifc an ifc.rvt file that is also saved as cloud model. It would be much easier that this step can be eliminated by supporting IFC files that are within a revit project as a saved cloud model so you don't have to use the work around eachtime you get a new ifc. ACC needs to create an option to import all Revit Model location data (names and boundaries for each location) into Build sheets so that manual location mapping is not necessary. The location information is already exists in the Revit model, so this should not be a complex item to implement. Our staff finds it a complete waste of time to have to map every single location on a sheet and then have to do that same thing over any over to add the location maps to other sheets. At a minimum figure our a way to map locations to multiple sheets a one single time. Autodesk, please make this functionality happen ASAP! Especially since you have Revit and Build platforms under your company structure. Sheets references get removed when sheet numbers change. This is a real pain when you have hundreds of sheets that have to be adjusted. Please make it so they stay native to the sheet, regardless of number. Show More

We would need a data field type in the naming standard that - if changed - does not taken into account on the decision whether a document is a new file or a new version of an older file.   This would be extremely important in terms of revisions - which is usually part of a naming standard but its change does not mean that we are uploading a fully new file.   Example:   1. [Project Code]-[Design phase]-[Building Code]-[Discipline]-[Level]-[Document type]-[Running number]-R01_[Descriptive name] 2. [Project Code]-[Design phase]-[Building Code]-[Discipline]-[Level]-[Document type]-[Running number]-R02_[Descriptive name]   The system should recognize that the number 2 document is a new version of the number 1 document, because only the revision data field is changed (which should be a variable value)   This can not be solved with related attributes as we can only attach these attributes to the end of the filenames - and this is not compliant with a lot of required naming standards. Adding the Layers button in mobile, as it is on the web version. There is a drawing set that I have made, with multiple layers to show differences in a more convenient way than the compare tool that is currently in ACC. However my guys out in the field do not have the ability to use the different layers that I made; turning on/off each layer. I would argue not having this in the mobile version defeats the purpose of having a tab for layers in the first place. However having it on both sides I believe would be a massive benefit for both our office team like myself, and our guys in the field that depend on these drawings to do their work. Show More

There should be a function to be able to copy markups across multiple sheets in one go. Currently, we have to go through sheets one by one to paste and publish the same markup on sometimes hundreds of sheets which is tedious and time consuming and far from efficient. Show More

To enhance document security and maintain strict control over sensitive project information, we propose disabling the Printing capability for users assigned to the View-Only permission level in both Files and Sheets modules. Regarding this, as the Taiwan project requires all workers to always refer to the latest drawings, we need to ensure that certain users are strictly View-Only (i.e., not allowed to access or download drawings). At this point, it seems almost equivalent to giving View + Download permissions. Can we have an option to completely disable printing for View-Only users?   Question/Proposal Can we turn off the printing option for View-Only users while keeping it available for View + Download users? Currently, Autodesk Construction Cloud does not allow users to crop or snip content within the PDF viewer. If a user wants to highlight a specific portion of a drawing, they must use an external tool to capture the area and then upload it as a separate attachment—not as an overlay on the PDF. This creates several challenges: Workflow Disruption: Switching between ACC and external apps slows down reviews. Loss of Context: Uploaded images are detached from the PDF and do not appear in exports. Inefficient Communication: Teams cannot quickly isolate and share critical details without extra steps. Currently, when conducting a review in ACC, members must open each file individually and manually apply the approval stamp. This process is time-consuming, especially when handling a large number of files. I propose adding a feature that allows the system to automatically apply the approval stamp to all selected files in a review session once the approval status (Approved) is chosen, without requiring each file to be opened separately. Markups created before calibration retain their original (uncalibrated) scale. Markups created after calibration will follow the new scale. This results in inconsistent sizing between old and new markups. It would be nice to be able to calibrate the existing markups that were uncalibrated without having to delete the original markup and create a new markup. Uniformity across multiple sheets is important. It would also be nice to be able to setup calibration for multiple sheets at one time. Show More
