It would be very useful if ACC had an option to link forms or checklists to Sheets, so that completing the form becomes a requirement when uploading a new drawing. For example: Condition: “When uploading a drawing (Sheet), the linked form must be filled out or completed first.” This would help us ensure that the right quality checks and approval steps are always in place before a drawing is made available. This would make workflows more consistent and give us confidence that every drawing has gone through the necessary review process. Show More

Currently, when conducting a review in ACC, members must open each file individually and manually apply the approval stamp. This process is time-consuming, especially when handling a large number of files. I propose adding a feature that allows the system to automatically apply the approval stamp to all selected files in a review session once the approval status (Approved) is chosen, without requiring each file to be opened separately. We are utilizing the As-Built export feature of ACC to facilitate the as-built deliverable requirements for our projects, and have encountered a common issue / complaint with respect to the hyperlink's being lost from what operates inside of ACC where it takes you to the linked RFI/Submittal/Document - when the export is completed this way currently, the exported PDF of the drawing sheet has the reference to the attachment, but that link does not work - which degrades the quality of the as-built deliverable. Suggest providing functionality where the export to PDF retains the hyperlink to the linked Documents / RFI's / Submittals to make the as-built deliverable effective at retaining the required information to make them useful outside of the mark-ups (redlines). It would be extremely helpful if the Sheets module allowed column customization — specifically, the ability to display a “Date Published” column and had the option to hide columns less relevant to the user.   Currently, users can only see the publish date by drilling into each sheet or viewing the version set details, which isn’t efficient for tracking or verifying release timelines across multiple sheets. Having the publish date visible in the main grid (or at least available as a selectable column) would make it much easier to audit drawing releases, confirm current versions, and manage coordination workflows across disciplines.   This small change would have a big impact on visibility and efficiency for project admins and VDC teams managing hundreds of sheets. Customers would like the ability to select multiple collections as they upload sheets.   Customers often requires sheets to be located in multiple locations. This was automated in PlanGrid workspaces, but now requires them to do multiple uploads each time they get new drawing sets. Show More

To display the properties of all objects in the 2D sheets (Revit Sheets), we publish the sheets directly from the Revit model (published 2D Views) instead of exporting them as PDFs. This way, all properties of the objects from Revit are displayed under Autodesk Build Sheets (Web). (see Screenshot)   Unfortunately, these properties are completely missing in the ACC App, making them unusable on the construction site. We need different options for generating sheets reports. Our project teams like to use collections to sort out disciplines in addition to disciplines- it makes it much easier on the iPads to run this way.  When you have collections- it makes running reports for the current sheets much more difficult. Right now the only option is to either run a report of current sheets for each collection, or all sheets issued in every collection.    Can we get an option to run a report for all current sheets in all collections?  Show More

Industrial drawings can be complicated and do not follow the conventional naming process. AAB-Z01-000D comes before AAB-E02-013D in our list of drawings, but there is no way to name them that automatically lists them this way. Even when disciplines are renamed and reordered, we can't get the sheet to fall into place. If we can't get the naming conventions to change, perhaps being able to move the sheets on the main page (like we move disciplines around) would take out time and energy to the already timely process.  Show More

We are able to create Assets based on Revit model data. This Revit model also contains Sheets, which are the actual drawings used by the operatives on our construction sites. We would like to be able to view the Assets correctly in the Sheets, since it is in fact "all in one Revit model". At the moment ACC does seem to "want to indicate" the Assets on the 2D view, but it does e very poor job at it.   Here are some ideas: 1) Show only the Assets related to the 2D View. The 2D view contains only a portion of the assets of the entire model, so the list of Assets in the viewer should o Assetsnly show these. This would mean faster loading times and much less confusion by allowing the user to only select Assets indicated in the View. 2) When an Asset is selected in the 2D sheets view, it should focus on the Asset geometry. At the moment it focusses on some arbitrary line of the Asset, or "breaks the viewer" 3) One should be able to pick on the geometry of the Asset, and it should select the Asset 4) One should see the Status colour of the Assets also in the 2D View (instead of making tedious markups representing an Asset) like it is possible in the 3D view.   I've uploaded two videos where I try to do the things I presented here. Each item (bracket) in the model of a tower is an Asset and the Sheets are the 2D plan drawings of each floor (level) ... so only a fraction of the Assets are viewable on each sheet.   Regards Show More

Instead of having to outline the same areas on a Sheet, one by one of each asset, could the asset area be copied to be the same as the location area if the the Assets location is set to a location that has been mapped? Show More

A review option before the Sheets become published is crucial. This review would take place after the Sheets are uploaded but before they are published. Alternatively, another option could be to have accepted drawings (Reviews tool) end in Sheets AND Published folder. This would save time, confusion and discrepancy between the Published folder and Sheets. In the snippet you can see inside the Publish log in Sheets which shows that one log has a status "Ready for review", I got this by pressing "Save for later". This shows that the review function is not far fetched and should be easy to implement. Show More

Please create a back button in sheets.  When a detail is hyperlinked and then selected, it jumps to the sheet, but then you can go back to the parent sheet from which the detail derived.  If you have 50 sheets and select a detail, you then have to go back to those 50 sheets and scroll through until you find the parent sheet.  Definitely a waste of time when trying to jump around sheets with someone.  Show More

Something very common that comes up during the construction phase of projects is sifting through drawing sets and seeing "Ref Specs" or "Refer to Specifications for exact locations" etc. In my experience, this can be very time consuming as both the GC and the sub-contractor to find and reference over and over again. Is there not a way to create a pathway or "link" from the sheets to the specific specification being referenced (similar to the way a detail in a sheet can be linked to another sheet)? This seems incredibly useful, and I won't say "Easy" but IT-friendly to integrate? Show More

As an owner, one of the main reasons I signed up for ACC Build was to use the Sheet feature and do progress photos, punch lists, and to develop pre-bid documents to distribute during the RFP process.   My favorite feature of PlanGrid was the ability to tag a sheet with photos the export the photos into a report that showed the location on the plan where the photo was taken. It had a cover sheet and on each page of photos it would also have a small key of where the photo was taken on the plan.    This was so helpful for progress photo reports being distributed to people outside of Build/PlanGrid.   Please bring this feature back!
