Currently, only weekly publishing is supported. Please expand this option to include at least Daily schedule or custom scheduling multiple times a day of possible. It is required the possibility to enter a deliverable list (that can be reffered to model, drawing or reports or other formats in general) in order to track the project development as part of the planning and follow up activites. This would allow to all the Project Manager to have a clear idea about the status of the project agist the completion, being direcly inside ACC without need to track elsewhere the design development status. This will lead to a more comprehensive use of ACC for big companies with complex project where the track by deliverable is a major point. Show More

The possibility to add assets to Tasks in a workplan is a great feature. However, there is currently no way to automatically add assets to workplan tasks.   The current, manual workflow for each asset is: Click on a task, click "Edit Tasks", click "References", click "Add references", click "Assets", search for the asset by name, click "Add assets". This effort per asset is way too high to efficiently use the workplan-asset relationship in an ACC project with 1000s of assets.   Any way to automate the workflow of adding assets to workplan tasks would help: through XLSX import, through APIs, or any other way. This way, customers with 1000s of assets in their ACC projects could begin to use the "Workplan" functionality efficiently.   Show More

We have a development project in which there is a need to track the schedule get the schedule data and also update the schedule though APIs. This is for an integration between MS Project and ACC. We do our scheduling program in P6 and then upload it into ACC Schedule once a week but the "% complete" column does not correlate to "Physical % complete" and I already know it only translates "Duration % complete" correctly. The reason why we are and want to use the Physical option is we can write the percentage manually, but the Duration option is a fixed formula with respect to current date, start date and finish date. My feature request is: Is it possible to add the usage of "Physical % complete" in ACC Schedule? so that it correlates correctly into "% complete"? Show More

Need ability to generate and print reports from the schedule tool, specifically reports showing things that have changed when a schedule is updated, such as Delayed start, new activities, in/out of critical path.  It's nice to be able to see these in Autodesk, but a report that we can print or share is needed.  We also need to be able to print a PDF comparing schedules when comparing versions.  We also need to be able to export PDF's, including filtered views.  For example, if I filter to see only critical activities, I would like to be able to export a PDF of that to review with the team.  Finally, we should be able to print a detailed report for specific activities that would include not only the dates, but also the references such as photos, and comments. Please consider including the schedule suggestions in the Data Connector.  We have other scheduling integration partners that would like to ingest the suggestion data, approve or reject the suggestion in the master schedule, receive an updated master schedule & push that schedule back into ACC through the data management API (into the Schedule folder).  This will allow a truly fluid workflow from suggestions from your field team to the master schedulers, and back to the field.  This workflow could impact several customers, such as Carey's (CSN 5100645056), Granite Construction (CSN 5100700337), Skanska (CSN 5101626919), & PennDOT (CSN 5156573693).  Show More

The tool should support zoom and scroll navigation, filtering by trade or task, critical path and milestone highlighting, and quick access to task details. Background & Current Limitation: At present, the Schedule module in ACC only provides a view of the planned schedule and dependencies but does not support capturing actual progress against schedule line items or deliverables. This makes the module functionally limited to a static scheduling tool rather than a live progress tracking solution. In real construction projects, schedules are not just meant to outline planned dates but are critical instruments for tracking and reporting the actual progress. Stakeholders such as clients, owners, project managers, and tower managers expect live visibility into progress status in order to assess delays, align resources, and make data-driven decisions. Without the ability to update progress directly within the schedule, this essential functionality remains missing. Scenario of Practical Importance: Consider a residential project with four towers under development. The master schedule has been created in ACC. However, during execution, each tower manager is responsible for reporting progress against their respective tower’s schedule line items. For example: Tower A Manager updates progress of structural works at 60%. Tower B Manager updates progress of finishing works at 30%. Tower C Manager updates progress of MEP installation at 45%. Tower D Manager updates progress of façade at 20%. All these updates are critical for project reporting and client reviews. Clients and owners demand to see live progress either in terms of % completion, quantity completed, or city/tower-wise updates mapped directly against schedule deliverables. Proposed Functionality: We request ACC to enable a feature in the Schedule module to: Capture Progress: Allow users (e.g., tower in-charge, package manager, subcontractor, etc.) to update progress directly against schedule line items. Progress should be recordable as: Percentage Completion (e.g., 45% complete) Quantity Based Completion (e.g., 300/500 cubic meters of concrete placed) Status Based Updates (e.g., Not Started, In Progress, Completed). Role-Based Updates: Tower/section/package managers can input updates for their assigned scope. A configurable workflow setting should allow whether the update requires approval from project management or can be accepted directly. Tracking & Reporting: Updated progress should reflect on dashboards and reports for stakeholders. Progress curves (Planned vs. Actual) can be visualized for delay analysis. Updates should be time-stamped and auditable for accountability. Configuration Options: Flexibility to choose between % completion, quantities, or milestones based on the project’s tracking requirement. Workflow toggle: approval required / no approval required. Why It Is Important: Enables real-time project monitoring rather than static scheduling. Meets the highest priority requirement of clients and owners to track live progress. Enhances collaboration between tower managers, contractors, and project managers. Provides management with actionable insights for resource allocation and delay mitigation. In Insight Builder, we are currently able to report on tasks that are in the project schedule (imported from MS Project) but we cannot report on tasks that are created in a Plan.    As an example, it can be useful to see when a specific milestone is scheduled to complete across all the projects in the organization.  We can do this if the milestone is in a project schedule, but cannot do the same thing if the milestone is in a project plan.   As plan becomes a more robust tool, with new features added, we see ourselves using plan more.  It would be useful to be able to draw plan information into our reports the same way we can project schedule information. Hi,   I am expecting a feature on ACC Build related to Assets. In ACC we have the Assets feature under the Build. In real life, all the Assets require some maintenance activities to be performed at some regular intervals. We can list out these individual maintenance activities in the Schedule option available on ACC. Once we list all the activities, we can link these individual schedule activities to the Assets related to it. So, when the dates for the maintenance activities are scheduled, it should give an email notification all the assignees who are assigned / responsible for doing that maintenance activity.   So basically, here I want to two features:  1. We should be able to add individual schedule activities / tasks to individual assets and not the whole schedule. 2. Once the dates for the maintenance activities are nearing or on the date of the activity, it should give a notification to the responsible assignee that the task is due for today or in coming days.   Regards, Narayan Show More

It would be great if the "Site Weather" section on the home page could be expanded to include weather tracking over the duration of the project, displayed in formats such as tables, charts, or graphs. This would allow users to visualize trends and gain insights into how weather conditions evolved over time. Even more powerful would be the ability to sync or overlay this weather data with the project Schedule, enabling users to look back and analyze how specific weather events may have impacted progress, delays, or key milestones—providing a more informed, contextual view of project performance.
