Current Issue: ACC Account Admin does not show if a user has an external AEC Collection (SO-3051) license. This leads to the account admin not knowing if the user needs a license assigned, or they already have their own externally managed license. Expected Outcome 1: ACC Account Admin reports if a user has an external AEC Collection (SO-3051) license. This will allow account admins to see if a user has an externally managed AEC Collection (SO-3051) license. Expected Outcome 2: Additional section for Member Subscription, which shows if a user has an externally managed AEC Collection subscription. When adding new users on the ACC or BIM360 platforms, it is necessary to add them individually by logging into each project. In the account management section, we request the creation of a dashboard structure where users can be assigned to projects in bulk (by ticking them). Please consider adding a Job Title column under members in ACC. This has been raised several times, but it never seems to gain much traction—which I find quite surprising! We urgently need the ability to add members to multiple projects at once. We manage over 100 projects, and every time a new starter joins, I have to manually go through each project to: Select project → Add members → Add user → Send invite — repeated 100+ times. This process can take over an hour. To make matters worse, the new starter then receives 100+ email notifications, which is overwhelming and unnecessary. It would be incredibly helpful if ACC allowed us to: Add a company or group to multiple projects at once, or Assign a user to selected or all projects in bulk. This would save a huge amount of time and reduce email clutter for new team members. Show More

When adding trade partners to a project, there is no option for the project team to enter their phone numbers. Only trade partners themselves can add this information. Because many trade partners do not complete this step, key contact details are often missing. This creates communication gaps in the field and forces superintendents to spend extra time tracking down phone numbers, pulling them away from higher-priority responsibilities.  Show More

It would be highly beneficial if a Project Admin could have the ability to remove themselves from a project without requiring approval or action from another Project Admin. Currently, when a user with a default role (e.g., "Project Admin") creates a new project, their role is not automatically applied to the project they created. Instead, they must manually assign their role after project creation via "Project Admin > Members". This behavior differs from when the same user is invited to a project by others, where the default role is automatically applied. We believe that automatically applying the default role upon project creation would improve user experience and reduce administrative overhead. The new member detail page in account admin is a welcome addition. However, it doesn’t allow bulk editing of member details (e.g., access level, role, products) across multiple projects. Currently, updates must be made one project at a time.   Adding bulk editing directly from the member detail page would be a valuable improvement. Show More

It would be nice if we are able to give a specific role or individuals the permission to add members to a project without being a full admin. We foresee many instances where we would want someone assigned to managing a project to be able to add new members to the project, but want to avoid giving full admin access to that project. This would allow us to isolate these permissions and have a better workflow for adding people to projects where their involvement is needed based on the current status of the project. Show More

Currently, folder permissions in the CDE require assigning individual roles per folder per user, which becomes inefficient in multi-contractor environments. For example, with five contractors, each having their own Project Manager (PM), we must create and assign five separate roles—one for each PM and their corresponding folder. This approach leads to unnecessary role proliferation and administrative overhead.   We propose enhancing the permission model to support conditional access based on both Company and Role. This would allow us to define a single permission rule such as: “Grant access to this folder to users with the role ‘Project Manager’ and who belong to Company X.” Benefits: Reduces the number of roles required in the system. Simplifies permission management across projects with multiple contractors. Improves scalability for larger projects with many stakeholders. Aligns access control more closely with real-world project structures. This change would streamline administration and make the permission model more intuitive and maintainable. Show More

It should (must) be possible to remove several members from a project at the same time. Today, I have to select and remove each member individually in the "Project Admin" area, which is a lot of work, especially for large projects, when changing entire teams and people. Additional, it would be also great to have this functionality for account members in the account admin area.   This function was available in BIM 360 (project and account), but is not available in ACC (see screenshot). When members are added to a project and they already have an autodesk account, it defaults their name to how they set it up. Is there a way for the project admin to override their name that is associated to our member list. Often times we see the name populate as their first initial last name instead of first and last name. This poses a problem when generating a documents and also when sending for E-Signature.    Show More

It would be helpful to have the ability to correct a contact's first and last name in the ACC Admin module.  We sometimes have old school folks that don't want to deal with the minutia of data on our CM system, but we pull the name as a custom attribute on documentation like change order requests.  If they were added at the beginning of our ACC use, the name appears as the first section of their email twice.  For example, nryder nryder is listed as one of our client's name on change order requests.  It won't be corrected until HE corrects it, which will never happen because he doesn't sign onto ACC and we send the docs via DocuSign.  It looks unprofessional, really.    Show More
