When a new member is added to a project and one of my team adds this new member, to include Company and Role, ALL of that information shjould carry over to the Account MEmber section. Currently, the only thing that transfers to the Account Member section is their name, Access LEvel and Date Added. Currently, within the ACC Profile, the Job Title data element is not actively used in ACC.     According to Autodesk, it may be used in future product initiatives and by internal organizations. Also, there have been discussions with the User Profile team on their data syncing, but it's still in the discussion phase and they have no estimate as to when that might change.   While the use of Roles is very effective at managing, controlling, and executing Reviews within ACC, they tend to be associated with a specific task or activity performed by a member, who likely has a much different Job Title within their organization. Our implementation of ACC includes custom reports and metrics developed for our customer. For these deliverables, the members assigned Job Title within their organization would be much more appropriate and meaningful for the consumer of the data, who in many cases is management and executives. Since the Job Title is not available to us, we are using the members Default Role. Depending on the intended use - and who the end user of the deliverable is - the members Job Title may be a requirement, and we will be unable to provide a solution for our customer. Show More

On ACC Build and DOCS, only Project Admins are able to view and edit the permission levels associated with each role for each folder and sub-folder.   In our projects, we have a complex folder structure with several project members.  It would assist us if all project members were able to view the permission levels associated with each role for each folder and sub-folder on ACC Build and DOCS. When a submittal is created, the creator's name appears under the Responsible Contractor by name and not by role. It would be great to have the option for the role of that person to appear instead.   On our projects, we have several people assigned to a specific role that is responsible for submittals. Therefore, it would assist us if all members assigned to that role could act as the Responsible Contractor on any submittal that is created by someone in that role. This would ensure that the submittal process is not delayed if the member who originally created the submittal is unable to take the required action for any reason. Show More

In BIM 360 Admin portal we have the ability to see when selecting an individual user any project that person is assigned to in our portal and what their access level assigned is.   We would like to have this same feature in ACC. We don't need to see every project that user is assigned to only the ones that are associated with our portal.  Show More

The user should have the option to sort the members in various lists (in the members area, in "Transmittal", "share", etc.) according to their own preference. Currently, sorting is always done by first name. There should also be an option to sort by last name. Show More

We currently cannot see when a ACC user is demoted from project admin to project member in the activity log or vice versa. This would be a fantastic feature to have to keep better logs on access permission. We can see when someone is brought into the project as an administrator but that is it.  Show More

I am currently managing access for a new user within our Autodesk Construction Cloud environment. We need to grant this user access to over 500 projects, like existing team members. Manually adding the user to each project is not feasible and would be very time-consuming. I am seeking assistance or guidance on how to perform this operation efficiently. Specifically, I would like to know:   Whether there is an existing feature or tool within ACC to bulk assign user to multiple projects. If API access can be used for this purpose, and if so, how I can proceed with setting up and executing such an operation. In Account Admin > Members we can see all members we have across all of our projects. As projects end, we need a way to remove specific members, and we want to be able to filter members by the last time they have logged into ACC. At the moment, we are unable to see which members are active for what project and when they have last signed in (as same members may be invited to multiple projects, some active some closed). Increased information and visibility will help us manage which members should be removed and by when. Without this feature, managing hundreds of members becomes unmanagable and we need to keep a separate spreadsheet for this.   Secondly, when seeing the list of all the members we would want a tick box option so we can select multiple people and assign them permissions in one go. Currently, assigning access or a subscription one by one is wasting a lot of time and is tedious.   Thirdly, we would want to have custom fields available for members. This way we can add cater to our bespoke filtering needs, for example a column of who we have given training to for a project. We currently need to have a spreadsheet on the side where we track who has gotten ACC training, and it would be great if this could all be managed within ACC, the only thing we need is a custom field we can fill in and filter by.   Thanks! I would like to suggest anyone with access to the Forms under a project, should be able to go in there and Submit the form after an employee leaves the company. That employee no longer has access, so who is able to cover for that employee and close out all their open items? Thank you.  Show More

Currently, adding members to a new project in ACC requires inviting each user individually. This becomes time-consuming and error-prone in larger organizations where teams are structured under leads or managers and we can easily forget to add a member.    Proposed Features: Introduce a tool to be able to bulk add members :  Option 1 : using roles from the account admin or companies : add by role or company.  Option 2 and more accurate : a hierarchical member management. This tool allows admins to previously create teams and set the hierarchy under the account admin module. Then by inviting only a team lead to a project, you automatically add and invite all users linked to that team lead’s group. This will allow users to easily manage invitations to new projects and maintain the hierarchy so that updates in the account admin (adding/removing team members) easily sync with the project members.  Example Use Case: When adding “Member A – Project Manager” to a new Project, the system would automatically invite all members in his team (e.g., 8 superintendents, 2 foremen, etc) with the correct inherited roles and permissions, as defined in the account admin. Currently, it's possible to adjust member visibility in the account settings. This setting then applies to all projects. There are projects in which the member list should be visible and others in which it should not be visible. Visibility should be adjustable per project. Show More

In Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), when new members are added to a project, they are unable to access transmittals that were sent prior to their addition. This creates a gap in visibility, especially when the transmittals were addressed to a company or role that the new member is now associated with. Ideally, if a user is added to a company or role that was previously included in transmittals, they should be able to view those records to maintain continuity and context. The email that our subcontractors get when they are added to a project has the email address of the person that added them. The person that adds them is not the point of contact for subs, but emails are still being sent to them. Having the ability to customize that message would help with this as we could remove any extra information that the subs do not need as well as add in who they should be contacting with any questions.
