Currently, within the ACC Profile, the Job Title data element is not actively used in ACC. According to Autodesk, it may be used in future product initiatives and by internal organizations. Also, there have been discussions with the User Profile team on their data syncing, but it's still in the discussion phase and they have no estimate as to when that might change. While the use of Roles is very effective at managing, controlling, and executing Reviews within ACC, they tend to be associated with a specific task or activity performed by a member, who likely has a much different Job Title within their organization. Our implementation of ACC includes custom reports and metrics developed for our customer. For these deliverables, the members assigned Job Title within their organization would be much more appropriate and meaningful for the consumer of the data, who in many cases is management and executives. Since the Job Title is not available to us, we are using the members Default Role. Depending on the intended use - and who the end user of the deliverable is - the members Job Title may be a requirement, and we will be unable to provide a solution for our customer.
