If you select 4 issues and then export this - it would be good to have them on the full sheet and a list of issues on the side for those particular drawings. At the moment, we can just export a report but it doesn't show the full drawings. If there is 4 issues on the same drawing they are listed on 4 different pages.     Show More

It would be nice to split out and have independent controls on issues permissions based on visibility and assignment. For my use case, I want a specific role to be able to see all issues (help prevent duplicates) but only be able to assign to their company. Current state to see all issues you then have rights to assign to anyone. Short term it could be solved by adding an entire company as a watcher, but unless you use templates (and depend on the user to select the template), there isn't a way to set a default watcher. Having view only full visibility and assign only to own company would resolve this.   An additional option would be where you can set a role to only be able to assign to a set list of roles.  Show More

Specifications is a great way to mark parts of files. However, they're not visible in the issues in the app version. Specifications connected to an issue are very handy for the people on the construction site. That way they don't have to scroll through dozens of pages and only get to see the relevant information. We have hidden certain standard categories/fields that Autodesk sets up in the issue that we don't need. When we print the issue to send to the owner it still shows those categories/fields with a blank line next to it. We don't want to show the owner these reports; it looks as if we are leaving information out.   When hiding the category in the issue, hide it when the issue is printed/exported too. If a field is hidden for an issue type/category it should not be included in the export because it looks like the person responsible for the issue did not finish filling it out. Show More

When I attach a file to an issue on the internet app it goes through the folders making it easy to find. When I attach a file on an issue on the iPad app it brings up all files which are very confusing to sort through. For a lot of forms, we are creating issues inside the forms. When exporting forms in pdf, we have a table with the issues but not the detail of the issues (metadata, photos...) It's not enough, for example, we are doing safety walkthrough with a form containing issues, we need to quickly generate a report containing all the informations for each visit. To have a report with the details of the issues, we need to use the issues interface, but we can't filter the issues depending of the field "reference" (to filter with the form xxx for example) so we have to know and to tick manually  each issue we have to export. I am a Project Manager, and when I create an issue, I place it on a large overall drawing sheet in Collections (Sheets) so we can view all issues in one consolidated drawing. However, the General Foreman typically places issues on a shop drawing sheet, which is smaller in scale and contains more detailed information. I’d like the ability to place an existing issue (already created and located elsewhere) onto another drawing without having to create a new issue. This would allow us to view the same issue across different scales of drawings. Show More

Copy and paste existing issues to another area of the same sheet, and have the issue number change. During Punch, many of the issues are the same but just in different places. Recreating the issue, even using a template is a lot more unneeded work.    This was an option on PlanGrid and is not on Build. Please bring it back.  Show More

When editing options on the web app ->through the Issues tab->Settings->Types->Manage fields->There is no option for making a picture a required field. When general contractor and trades create QC's we want the option to be able to make a picture to be taken. Pictures show the non-conforming issue and conforming fix for it.   This is available on Procore.  Show More

After an ISSUE is created under the ISSUES tab. When the ISSUE is selected, a side window panel appears which allows for editing of the ISSUE information.   It would be great to increase the size of the ISSUE window panel that appears when an ISSUE is selected after it is created. This will allow for easier access when viewing and editing the ISSUE. Additionally, the ISSUE window panel that appears blocks out some information (start date and placement) on the right of the screen which is relevant to the existing ISSUES.   Please could the size of the ISSUE window panel that appears when an ISSUE is selected be increased to allow for better access. It would be amazing to have a workflow for Issues. Similar to RFI, Submittals, or Reviews. Right now, limiting it to managers only being able to close issues is good, but an automated multi-step review process would be great. We use issues in our prerelease internal review work. This is before our final review for releasing a doc, for which we use the reviews function. It would be fantastic if we had the option to assign the issue to a different person depending on the status or allow people to "submit" a issue and move it to a different step in the workflow so we can better track who is doing what to address the issues. There needs the ability to prevent certain forms from being closed when they contain open issues. For high-risk or quality-critical Scopes of Work, allowing forms to close while issues remain open creates risk and reduces accountability. Adding an option that requires all issues to be resolved before a form can be closed would ensure higher-quality inspections, better compliance, and more accurate workflow control.  Show More

We create templates in Issues for punch lists and have different "watchers" and "assigned to" members, depending on the issue type, (Architectural, Civil, Structural, MEP, etc.).  When a draft issue is created in the field, we may still want to edit or review it when we return to the office, but members assigned in the "watcher" and "assigned to" fields have already received the notifications.  An issue that is in "draft" status should remain unsent like it does in Microsoft Outlook and should not send to anyone until the status has changed to "Open". In ACC Docs, markups cannot be added when using the continuous scrolling view for multi-page PDFs. This forces users to open pages one by one or download the file to annotate offline. Please enable markup tools in continuous scrolling view to improve review efficiency. Show More

Wherever it is possible to create custom attributes, e.g. files or issues it would be beneficial if the attributes of type dropdown can be configured so that they are either single-select or multi-select. This would allow us to flag issue that belong to multiple areas or categories. Show More
