The current setting of data refresh of 5am and 5pm for EU servers is not sufficient to actively track activities. We currently try to track completion of sections in forms. If a colleague completes their section it will not be shown until the next morning that this section is complete. We would like to increase the data refresh time - the best case would be a "live tracking", however, at least 2-3 more updates during the day would already be helpful.

Recently there has been a change on the Project Home with the way the Insight Builder tabs are displayed. There is an icon that takes up space for each tab. These icons are completely redundant. Remove them. The label appears to be much shorter, especially due to the new icon. For the developers, if you can tell me what the two tabs are for (i.e. the label) in the below screenshot you can ignore this request. 😄

It would be great to have as many features in ACC as we already have in BIM 360. Additionally, access to all the connections provided by Workato would be very useful (e.g., Aconex – ACC)

The orientation of the section box in ACC follows the project coordinates and does not align with the orientation of the elements. Having the ability to quickly adjust this for a clean 3D view would be a valuable improvement.

In Revit, in 3D view, we can see the grids along with their names. In ACC, we only see the grid lines, but the bubbles with the names are missing (see attached screenshot). Having the grid names visible would be very useful for quickly locating issues or topics for the teams.

Other Translation Issue When using the browser in French, the data fields “Cause” / “Root Causes” for issues are not translated—the default values remain in English. (See screenshot for an example with root causes related to design and safety).

If we want to make multiple selections, we currently have to select the issues one by one. It would be great to have the ability to use Shift + click to select two issues and automatically include all issues between them. (This functionality already works with assets and sheets.)

We hold meetings on different projects where items are assigned to people. It would be useful to have a card for these items in the Insight module. For PMs and DMs → a global view to see all items by person. For other team members → a view to see the items assigned to them. Note: An item is not necessarily linked to an issue.

RFI dashboards on Insight Builder. 3 Questions: - Where are the customized fields in the dataset ? - How manage the location data for RFI ? In the dataset, we have "location path" with parent and child levels in the same data, it is useful to split easily for each level of location. - The location path doesn't work when the RFI have multiple locations.

Please check the screenshot. The automatic extraction was set up a few weeks ago, but it stopped during July (after July 16) without any notification. When we logged into ACC today, we noticed that the history is missing, we don't have all history (in mails we have the automatic notification).

To give access to dashboard to project team, it could be really better to give permission by role & company. Today it's by member, 1 by 1, too long to give access to 30 people.

Improve Ergonomic, it could be better to have a direct link to dashboards created in Insight Builder. Maybe have a possibility to create a card in Insight to view Insight Builder Dashboard.

Reporting must always be file-level, as CDE Admins and other relevant parties need to know which files were reviewed, which remain in review, whether they are overdue, and their associated metadata. Insight cards should therefore focus on files, not on reviews. Review numbers have no contractual value; what matters is which files where reviewed, which ones are still under review and whether they are overdue.

To have format and frequency with more settings. Some notifications are instantly or never, others are instantly, hourly, daily or never... Files > Instantly or never We need the option daily for all type of notification, and weekly could be interesting to add.

To have a gouvernance of the data, it's important to have everything translate in French (or other language) - depending of language of web browser. For example: The "default" status of the issues are well translated automatically in French. The "default" category/type of issues are always in English.

Lot of bugs with color of IFC files. Blocking regarding Assets use (status by color) also problematic when using models to do color spotting (4D planning, info spotting ...). This is a very basic functionality that needs to be fixed urgently!
