Changing the tab names and order is terrific; I love that. There is one minor hiccup, though. When I changed the order of the tabs, I assumed that it would also change the default tab when navigating to the Cost module. Say, for example, under the cost tabs (instead of having the Contracts tab be first), I want Expense to be first, Contracts to be second, and Cost Payment Application to be third. When I navigate to the cost module, it opens the contracts tab even though it's not first anymore, and because I don't often refer to contracts, and it takes me to contracts as a default, I always have to click on expenses. It would be fantastic if you could also select the default tab for that module when you change the order of the tabs.  Show More

The possibility of sending a contract to a company that is not in our ACC environment is required, without having to register their email or without being invited to the project. This is useful when we want to send a material order to a supplier that does not use ACC, for example the concrete supplier, this company does not have Build licenses and does not need them if it is only going to receive its contract from Cost Management. The information and attachments we put on the main change event, should flow to all cost items created and be editable in the cost item and then all information in the cost items should flow to the Contracts, SCO, and OCO's. The Cost Payment Application Invoice Number should not auto populate. It should be blank until the supplier fills in the number and should be editable until it is fully approved. We sync with sage and it can only be a certain number of digits, plus we have a format that we can only accept. Currently, we are unable to edit it once the supplier submits.  Show More

I had to make a Markup Formula rule where a OH& Fee charge was only relevant to budget items NOT starting with 01. I could not do this and had to make 17 rules to include all of the potential budget item starting digits that we not 01.    Can we add a 'Does not start with' qualifier to that list? or some other way to un-include items from a list?    I could not use does not contain because many of the codes include 01 somewhere else in their 6 digits.  Show More

Please add the ability to extract the activity log for each payment application in XLS or PDF format. Currently, there is no option to export this detailed information, which is crucial for tracking and auditing purposes. In the Change Order tab, PCO, OCO, SCO, and RFQ numbers cannot be automatically generated based on the contract type. Instead, they are numbered sequentially by creation date, regardless of contract type. This is a limitation, especially when managing multiple contract types, each of which requires its own numbering system. Otherwise, the numbers must be assigned manually, increasing the risk of human errors. In the Change Order tab, the Compliance feature is currently available only for RFQ and SCO, but it is also needed for PCO and OCO. In the Expense tab, the available permission options are limited to View All and Full Control. However, there is a need for a permission level that allows the initiator to create an expense without being granted full control. There is also a need to control permissions at the contract level, since there may be many expenses across multiple contracts, and visibility needs to be restricted accordingly. Show More

Cost payment Application  The initiator must be granted Full Control permissions in order to edit Custom Attributes, which does not reflect real-world practices. The Compliance feature is only applicable to the initiator; however, in practice, compliance may be required at each step of the review process, and based on the invoice (Cost Payment application) type. when populating an invoice (Cost Payment Application) using the Excel template, we can only enter the current value (work completed in this period). However, in real-life scenarios, we need to submit the cumulative value (this application’s total work completed) along with all values related to the advance payment. Otherwise, these values must be entered manually in ACC, one by one, whereas it would be much more efficient if all required values not just the current value could be populated directly through Excel. it is not possible to add custom invoice (Cost Payment Application) types or sub-types, even though this functionality is required in practice. It would be helpful to have the ability to add a new budget code to contract via change order. For example, if an item is purchased using a contract, and the vendor adds a freight charge upon shipment of said item, it would be good to be able to add a freight budget code to that contract with a CO. I would like the ability to further edit the "Hit Rate" formulas. Current formula is wins/wins +losses + submitted (ex: 25wins / 25wins + 75losses + 100submitted) = 13% +/-   But shouldn't it be wins/submitted (ex: 25wins / 100submitted) = 25% It's more intuitive.  Same for the money. Show More

Subcontracts and Purchase Orders are handled differently in many cases. It would be helpful to separate these functions in the Cost / Contracts section of Cost Management. For example we have no need to request vender feedback for the SOV on a purchase order and do not need an action required notification. Also in many instances are not sending it directly to the vender, such as a PO to obtain materials from a local home improvement store. Not sending the vender limits us from sending the PO to our in house team through the tool. Separating these tools would also for customization of the email outgoing notification which is different from a subcontract.  Show More

We are an Owner, not a GC, and accurate forecasting is crucial to us and the ACC functionality does not work for us.  We would like to be able to export a forecast to Excel then adjust in Excel and import that adjusted version.  At this point we would have to be doing this manually in ACC with hundreds of line items which is very time consuming.   Show More

It doesn’t appear there is a way to “close” a PCO when we need to. It seems to be driven by transaction versus letting us update a status. This is an issue because we like to be able to track our PCOs by where they are in the process. For example: Architect Reviewing Owner Reviewing On Hold Void – which we can do now. Rejected Closed – No cost and not needed to be in an Owner CO.   This is likely a feature request but is there way in the interim to close a PCO. We have a no cost change that does not need to be in an Owner or Sub CO but we can’t close it only void it. So the status remains open.  Show More
