I believe it would be beneficial for companies to have their parent entity as the main account and ability to complete each Pre-qualification as the subsidiaries it falls under. United Site Services is a national leading provider of Site Services. We currently have several entities. Once an email is associated to one account, it is unable to be used for any others. It would be nice to be able to attach a hyperlink into a message or even include it within the project information within Building Connected.  For example, I was trying to conduct a virtual Pre-Bid meeting and wanted to send out a Microsoft Teams link and was not able to do so.  This is the same for any video conferencing services and would be nice to be able to send out meeting invites or any other link that would tie to a website or forum.  Hope this makes sense and hope to see this option in the future.   I see this text box even has an option to include a link, something like this would be beneficial.    Show More

The rollout of the Projects In Bidding feature has been a great hit!! Thank you!!  Along those we have identified a need to be able to filter TradeTapp invitations by a specific Bidder List Template and/or the Scope-Specific Bid Packages within a Bidder List Template.  This functionality would greatly benefit the task of maintaining vendor prequalification status when the vendor is not currently tied to a specific bid/project.  The goal would be for a regional office to have improved tools to upkeep a list of 'go-to' vendors so that the prequalification effort on the bid team is reduced. On the website, companies are limited on what type of work they perform. For example, we are a scaffolding company and there are things that we do that a GC may not search by "scaffolding". For example, some of the things we would like added would be: Trash Chute, Temporary Hand Rails, Dance Floor, Swing Stage, Stair Tower, and Overhead Protection. There are probably others I am not thinking of right now, but these are the main categories that we handle.  Show More

Currently, you can 'close' a project, but you can't 'close' a bid package. Our work is construction management, so it can take a year or more to sequentially tender each of the bid packages in a single project. Although the project may be open for years, the bid packages are only open for weeks. It would be nice if we could close each bid package once the contract is awarded (without closing the project), to prevent people from altering a bid package where we already have an awarded contract. Company profiles contain address, scopes, labor type, tags, reviews, etc.  None of this metadata is available within the bidders tab which makes it only partially useful. One can run a bidder status report which shows some (not all) of the metadata, however that is somewhat similar to the company in that it is an inefficient way to utilize information as it requires using a separate tab or window to try and categorize and track info separately.  Showing this info in the profile on the right side of the bidders tab would not be much better than the current state as one cannot categorize or filter.     The bidders tab would be substantially more useful and efficient if one could choose what metadata they want to see via columns and then filter from there. We have noticed in our efforts to keep clean analytics and set up project templates, it would be very helpful if we knew the reason behind a contractor's "Not Bidding" Response. We would like to suggest adding a field for them to enter a reason for "Not Bidding".   Show More

In Building Connected, we have "Private Attachments," but it would be great if we were able to add "Private Notes" as well.  This would house many internal thoughts we could share with our team members. Show More

Hello,    Can a feature be made that let's the signature transpose onto the NDA that will make it legally binding? I know that BC says it is, but having a signature that each GC would be able to print out for legal purposes would be great. Currently there is NO security roles in Building Connected and once you are on the project, everyone can see everything. As a result we have to create two projects for Internal and External packages as some packages are not relevant to the Client.   Please provide security roles where we can define what we want team members to see. We have been promised an alignment with the ACC security matrix but that was a few years ago. Show More

When navigating the "Bid Board" on Building Connected, there should be another column or filter which determines distance from the office location.    Example: My office address is set to "1 Main Street, City, State" A new project invitation address is set to "10 Bridge Street, City, State"  The new Filter or Column called "Distance" would read "45 min" User can now Sort or Filter for "Within 45 min" or other increments that are manually set by the organization This information filter is useful in determining a project's viability without having to manually check through a separate map web application.   Thanks,  Alex Show More

We would like the ability to add notes to a specific vendor/subcontractor in the Bidders List Templates. Important Information on main point of contact, project specialties, success on previous projects, etc... should be able to be added for future reference.  Show More

It would be helpful to have an available report or to add a new symbol for the status field to indicate if a subcontractor has clicked the "unsubscribe" link.  If we had the ability to see if they unsubscribed vs just showing an "invalid email" symbol, we could better optimize the bid packages rather than waste time trying to diagnose if there is a true IT issue with them receiving ITBS or if they just no longer want to receive them.  Show More

I would like to request functionality for exporting the messages either by a bid package or a by a project. The export / report should include functionality to filter or sort by company, sender's name, date, subject, content of the message and include a zip file of all of the attachments that were included in the messages.  Show More

Add a notes section in the estimated cost panel just like you can under each separate bidders section. It would also be helpful to add attachments in this section also.             Show More

I would like a database product that is specific to a general contractor where data could be maintained by the GC such as updates of email addresses, ratings, etc. This would be a separate database and not just a subset of the large database that all GC's share. GC's would however still have access to the large shared database. Show More
