Hi,   I would like to request a feature that allows us to lock the content of a Review when exporting it. Besides we need E-Signature feature which is currently available in the Cost Management module in ACC. It is essential for us to export Reviews in a locked format because we need to submit them to the client's platform as part of the documentation for as-built records. We are utilizing the As-Built export feature of ACC to facilitate the as-built deliverable requirements for our projects, and have encountered a common issue / complaint with respect to the hyperlink's being lost from what operates inside of ACC where it takes you to the linked RFI/Submittal/Document - when the export is completed this way currently, the exported PDF of the drawing sheet has the reference to the attachment, but that link does not work - which degrades the quality of the as-built deliverable. Suggest providing functionality where the export to PDF retains the hyperlink to the linked Documents / RFI's / Submittals to make the as-built deliverable effective at retaining the required information to make them useful outside of the mark-ups (redlines). Both As-Built Exporter and Handover package Submittals up in the order of the non-editable Submittal ID number.  Handover should group the Submittals, not just by type, but then by Spec Section. I don't need a Warranty piece for an HVAC next to a Lighting Panel - I need them based on their sections so maintenance teams and stakeholders can accurately and effectively get to one they need. I like search files in docs by file size to identify big files. This is important for a later as-built export as this export is limited in size. Especially 3D laserscan data, which are used during a project might not be extracted in the as-built export. Currenty you have to know where big files are located.  Show More

Ref: topic from @davidgPGADA (ACC general discussion forum) An improved zoom when viewing sheets through the mobile app for ACC Build. For example, when viewing a sheet through the web browser, you can zoom in a great deal further to read very fine print tags. Though when viewing that same sheet on the mobile app, the zoom functionality is limited so you can't see the same detail.   Autodesk replied to this topic and suggested to use/turn on the built in Zoom option on a tablet. This is an option you can turn on in both tablets and mobile devices. When this feature is turned on it creates an extra window you can use to zoom onto the sheet. But this extra zoom window on the screen makes it difficult to use the mark-up function.   On a computer or a laptop there is no zoom issue when zooming onto a sheet and making issues or mark-up. So, it seems that this issue only applies to tablets or mobile devices.    I hope there will be a solution for sheet zooming in the ACC mobile app. Show More

Currently there is no way to download correspondence from ACC.  Obviously email correspondence is a major part of a company's record retention plan.  There needs to be a way to download or extract all of the correspondence so it can be archived with all of the other "as built" files like submittals and RFI's. If there is no way to permanently download the correspondence, why would anyone use it?  If we stop using Autodesk, we lose all of that correspondence?  That doesn’t make sense and seems like a major flaw. Problem Statement During project close-out we must deliver weekly “as-built” document packages that include all published markups on PDFs. Under the current Handover workflow: Only Sheets support markup export; Files do not. The former Settings-based As-Built export (which did include file markups) has been removed. Our workaround is to multi-select every file inside each folder and export them one batch at a time. Complex projects often contain dozens of nested folders; repeating this process weekly is labour-intensive, error-prone, and delays client communication. This manual effort consumes billable hours, introduces risk of missing markups, and undermines the promise of a streamlined ACC Handover. We need to keep a full record of every file/sheet that was uploaded to the platform throughout a project, in case of contractual disputes or other issues. Currently the As-Built Export in Build only enables export of the latest version of a file. This needs to include every version.    Each version of each file should be downloaded into the zip folders, with '_v1, _v2, _v3' added to the end of the file name so we can look back at the activity log (coming soon?) to work out when it was uploaded/modified etc.   This is an absolute necessity please to ensure we are contractually compliant, and also compliant with the UK Building Safety Act 2022 golden thread requirements. Viewing .E57, las and .lgs files is very important to load the information from the 3D Scanner and Lidar for better coordination of projects. In addition to loading and viewing the point cloud files in ACC, it is very important to be able to link with the 3D models. Markups created before calibration retain their original (uncalibrated) scale. Markups created after calibration will follow the new scale. This results in inconsistent sizing between old and new markups. It would be nice to be able to calibrate the existing markups that were uncalibrated without having to delete the original markup and create a new markup. Uniformity across multiple sheets is important. It would also be nice to be able to setup calibration for multiple sheets at one time. Show More

There should be a higher limit for exporting photos in the as-built than just 5,000 photos. My projects last a year plus and average 10,000 photos per project near the end. A 15,000-20,000 photo limit is much more reasonable.  Show More

As a Piping Design Engineer, I need to walk down newly installed piping to verify that everything required for a specific EWO has been addressed. If I have to add a valve, vent, or drain to the P&ID, it would be helpful to have a block that I can easily click and drag onto the sheet. It would also be useful if the system automatically recognized the sheet scale, so I wouldn’t need to manually adjust it. All changes should be made in red, since this function is considered redlining a live document. This is part of the MOC process, so accuracy is important as operators rely on this information daily. I am inquiring on the downloading of sheets in Autodesk.  I know that our office has requested this previously and I would have to think that other companies might have as well.  When I closeout a project to get the asbuilt or red lined drawings to provide the owner, there is no option to download sheets individually, if you will.  The download comes in as 1 pdf file, vs individual sheets.  The download coming in as 1 pdf file is not a problem, however, they are not named or identified as their respective page/sheet name.  The are named as page 1, 2, 3, etc. This leaves me having to rename every single sheet per the actual sheet name, then put them in order per the title sheet.  This is quite cumbersome with the current project I am working on with 71 sheets.  When we upload sheets to Autodesk, they are uploaded and keep the page name they were created with, however they do not keep the page name when downloaded.  The sheets are named in Autodesk.  Is there a reason that they cannot keep the sheet/page name when they are downloaded?  Can this be looked into on your end to see if this can be adjusted in Autodesk?
