Currently, the Schedule tool in Autodesk Build allows users to set project workdays (e.g., Monday–Friday or Monday–Saturday) from within individual project settings. However, there is no option to define default workdays in a project template. For companies managing a large number of projects, this becomes time-consuming and repetitive, as we must manually adjust the workdays for every new project created from the same template. Proposed Improvement: Add an option within Project Template Settings (under the Schedule configuration) to define default working days — for example, Monday–Saturday. When a new project is created from that template, the defined workdays should automatically apply to the project schedule. Benefits: Ensures consistency across all projects. Saves significant time for admins and project managers. Reduces risk of scheduling errors due to mismatched working-day settings. Once C1001 is approved, the value will be deducted and updated in the platform. When user create Form C1002, it will fetch latest data (deducted value from C1001) from the platform. It would be nice to have a setting to prevent people from creating projects from templates but allow them to contribute to its content. This would only allow Account Admin to create projects, but collaboration to build out a template from a larger group of users. Show More

The program should automatically prompt the contractor if a recurring form needs to be submitted. For example a FLHA, the section in tradetapp should automatically prompt the contractor that it must be sent in. In short there are views we have that we consider an internal Project view, but I don't want the owner to see.  I want to still be able to wipe columns off of it or filter it down some more.  I want people in my company to have a default view that is different from the default view the owner can see. Currently this is not possible.  We need to control what the owner see's and eliminate unnecessary questions.      Example: In the PCO screen the Scope means nothing to the owner and raises questions because they can see it, and we cannot hide the  but it means a lot to us.   If I can control the views that the owner can see it will allow us to enhance their experience and not cause us pain. We were told our field guys could add companies into their projects if they were located in the master company list.  They are unable.   We would also like it to be part of our project template to add certain subcontractors that we use on all of our projects instead of having to add this into each new project when it is created. The platform has a setting in the account admin that allows project administrators to create new projects. This is problematic, because in a large company with multiple departments, each with project administrators, giving everyone the ability to create projects makes it difficult to manage what is created within the ACC. The platform should have the option to allow only account members with a "Project Creator" access level (for example) to create projects. When searching for a project, currently, you can select between projects or templates to search. It would be nice to have a third option that would be grouped projects. The ideal would be creating groups or collections or projects with whatever the name needed to be as an account administrator, such as a program name. When users go to search a project, they could switch to the group tab in the search and would have dropdowns or a carrot they could click to expand the list of projects under that group. Is it possible to add Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and Concrete XRay to the list of industries? Most projects that require concrete demolition require scanning of the concrete with GPR to locate embedded items. This helps prevent damage to utilities or other embedded objects. Elevated concrete slabs contain reinforcement like post-tension cables, which are critical parts of the building's structural system. Cutting these can injure workers and cause significant damage. Our company offers these services but currently has no opportunities listed for us to bid on. Instead, we search for opportunities like "Concrete Saw-Cutting" or "Electrical" to submit bids. This causes confusion for the estimators because we are bidding in specific categories but not for the scope requested.  Show More
