Hide empty Docs folders on Mobile

Having empty folders hidden by default would help field personnel find documents faster without having to go through empty folders. Big time saver.

I wouldn't say necessarily hidden because you might need just those empty folders, but show the number of files each folder contains

I trigger of some sort is a good idea, but I'm not sure about hidden. What if you want to upload a document to that folder?
