I agree with this. Closed issues were hidden by default in BIM360, but in ACC they are always visible, forcing us to find workarounds to hide them manually every time files are interrogated.
I'm begging someone at Autodesk to see and fix this. I can't think of any logical reason to show closed items initially. I drives me crazy to open Issues in Navisworks or Submittals on ACC Build and see closed items just taking up workspace that I then have to filter out. On large projects, this is a nuisance. If something is closed, I don't want to see it anymore! If the need arises to go back and review something, it should be easy just to change the filters. But the default should always be to hide closed items, period. Please change this, ASAP!
@daniel.smejkal4275F This does seem to be fixed on ACC, however Closed Issues still show up in the Navisworks Coordination Issues Add-In. This app hasn't been updated since April 2025, so if this can be updated soon with recent changes, this should hopefully be resolved.
This change to auto filter out closed issues is causing confusion for our field teams. Can Autodesk make this configurable so that on a project I can put in the default filters I want
