Every submittal in the Handover has the file from every step instead of just the last file/approved final files copied to the final response. For some submittals, this is okay, but for final handover, typically we don't need the history of markups at each step, just the final approved file - then the older ones can be in a reference folder just like a submittal report links to the documents in other steps as needed.
For Record submittals do not need 4+ copies of the same file... knowing this changes the workflow and training for every client.
