Fully restore folders deleted via Desktop Connector

When a folder is deleted using the Desktop Connector, all subfolders and files are deleted individually. As a result, restoring the parent folder only brings back an empty folder - the full folder structure is not recovered. Subfolders and files must be restored one by one, which is very time-consuming.

The system should be able to recognize when a parent folder has been deleted via the Desktop Connector and allow for a full restoration of the folder, including all subfolders and files - similar to the behavior when a folder is deleted through the web browser.

Our organization just got burned by this. User's desktop connector had something go wrong with it and the user inadvertently deleted all of the files from 10 projects they were a part of. This took a team of 5 people 3/4 of day to restore every folder and file individually. I'd highly caution anyone using desktop connector to understand this. This should be engineered out of the product asap.
