When a form includes reviewers and is closed, it cannot be reopened.
If the wrong Asset is referenced, the only solution is to create a new form and recreate the Asset associations from scratch. This results in unnecessary admin work by:
Removing historical continuity for individual Assets
Breaking the audit trail
Creating duplicate records
Impacting reporting accuracy
Requested Improvement: Allow closed forms with reviewers to be reopened (with permission controls and audit tracking) so Asset references can be corrected without disrupting history.
