Forms // Missing the vertical scroll bar

Just a really simple request to ensure that Forms have a right-hand vertical scroll bar on the UI. All of other ACC UIs have this, so the Forms is the odd one out.

Not everyone uses a mouse or knows how to scroll on a trackpad, so these users instead use what they know which is via the UI scroll bar.

Thanks for the idea @Chad-Smith. We will pass this along to the forms team. Part of the issue may be that we built Forms to be "field forward" with the assumption that most of the time forms users would be utilizing Ipads, phones, etc... lets see what kind of support we can drum up for this in the forum. Really appreciate the enhancement request.
