We'd like to have a question type that pulls the members of the project that have visibility of a form into a multi-select dropdown.
Currently, to record the participants of a form, you must have a question that asks for either a text answer or a managed drop-down where resources have to be spent to keep it updated. The form activity will track the account of the device but is not available through the data connector. If users share a device and do not log into their own account it will skew that data.
By having a question for members you can track the responses and create metrics, based on different fields, like if a certain issue type is created from the form. Another example would be getting the average number of people for a work task related to what the form requires; to forecast labor demands.
