Form Creating and Editing

• When creating a template for a form, it would be more streamline if I could add a form template to multiple assets and when it attaches to multiple assets it makes copies of the template to each of the assets. Right now it only adds one form across all the assets, its needs to be all different forms for each asset.
• When  Editing a form template, its needs to also update to all open forms that may or may not be attached to an asset. If I change a template it needs to take effect to all of those forms that share that form template. Does not need to change closed / submitted forms
• When changing permissions for the forms, I would like to change multiple form permissions at once. The process to change permissions for all templates that exist is too cumbersome. 

All of these features exist in other commissioning applications and would be nice to have these features for ACC.

Something like dynamically generating the form using form template and specific asset information?

@nvannoyPN7BV We have automations available that can do all that for you without you doing much. It can save your time and remove human error.

As for your 3rd bulletpoint, you can already edit Template permissions for multiple Tempaltes or all of them at once. Make sure the box on the left hand side is ticked for each Template that you want to update, edit permissions on the right hand side pane, save - done
