Form automatically saved in ACC Docs specified folder

Forms should be automatically saved in a specified folder once it has been finished/closed.

In the forms templates the user should have the option to set a folder for this functionality.  

 

Currently the user has to manually export a report of the Form to save it in a specified folder. This is one step too much.
