Filtering by name or subject in meetings

The possibility of filtering by meeting name would help a lot in the meetings/build module. Today we can only filter by date and status. When I need to find a meeting, I have to go through several pages to find it.

How hard can this be to implement?  Why is it not a basic feature? It is impossible to find meetings on a big project without a search feature.
