Filter options in the same place as the sorting of columns in ACC Issues

I want an improvement in the UI for the Issues schedule in ACC.

I would like to be able to define the filter options of columns in the same place as we do the sorting, just like in excel.

It's much more easy and intuitive and require a lot less clicks and scrolling...

 

The best practices are already out there... Why do we need to keep asking for this basic funcionality after so many years...?
