Files Log in dataconnector extractions and Insight builder
On several occasions it would be beneficial to have files log (report) in the dataset extraction from ACC to enable it for Power BI and Insight builder. Should be easy to add this information to the datasets.
The Files data extract is available in project administration "Activity" tab to extract but similar function is not available on account admin level. It's is really important for us to know on an account admin level, how many files/documents with certain criteria were uploaded/deleted/edited/ etc.
The ability to pull BOTH folder and file information is vital for compliance dashboarding and governance. Currently a huge black hole of unknown. We need to know if the Docs template is being altered and whether projects are conforming to file naming conventions company wide. NOT just on a specific project.
This information would be highly useful. Also required (as another column / field is the link to the files provided in a format without any 'anchor text' (so just provided as the actual link address) . . . without this field, when you import into PowerBI, you cannot create a link back to the file on ACC.
