Files' Data via Data Connector

We are trying to extract Reviews data and Files' & Packages' data into Power BI using the ACC Data Connector, but it does not provide the same level of detail as the reports generated directly from the Reviews tool or the Files tool.

For reviews' data, we are specifically missing information such as the name of files, their associated dates, individual approval statuses, file path and the before-and-after values of the file attributes. Manually generating these reports each time for dashboard creation is not sustainable, and we require this data to be accessible through the Data Connector.

Similarly, the connector does not extract data with the same granularity as the Files Export report.

We request that these capabilities be added to the Data Connector as soon as possible to support our reporting needs.

I’m supporting the request to enable document data retrieval, specifically document names, via the Data Connector.

We’ve developed highly effective dashboards based on ACC Reviews; however, unlike Transmittals, we currently lack the ability to display which documents are included in each review. This limits traceability and transparency across our workflows.

Additionally, to maintain full control over each ACC project, it would be extremely valuable to have visibility into which documents are stored in which folders, along with key metadata such as file extensions and other relevant attributes. Many thanks to development in advance!

Yes, I support this idea, There is no mechanism to track the status of the documents(DCI). This is a required thing to track each file status like WIP, S1, S3, S4, Published etc. @varun_gurnani PLease let me know if you receive any update

I strongly support the idea as we are not really being able to identify which documents are involved in reviews.

Yes I strongly support this idea.  We also need an extra field which is the document link address provided without any 'anchor data' . . . so it shows just the text of the link address itself.  Without this you can't recreate the hyperlink to the document from powerBI etc.
