When searching for files on the platform, it is essential that we have the option to export a master list and download files registered on a specific date. It is important that this filter is applied only to uploads (the most recent files in the system), excluding obsolete documents, those moved to another folder, or renamed files. This approach prevents confusion in distinguishing between new files and those that already exist.
To ensure an efficient search, we suggest including a field for “added files + date” or “registration date,” instead of just using “last updated.”
Another suggestion would be to allow the selection of members in the “updated by” field, where it is necessary to click on each user individually to apply the filter. It would be helpful to have an option that allows selecting all users at once, such as a button or a field that automatically lists all users.
