Currently, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) does not allow permission settings in Docs to be configured so that users can only access files with a specific custom attribute or column value.
A typical scenario: A project folder contains hundreds of technical documents. It would be desirable for each discipline (e.g., electrical, HVAC, etc.) to only see the files relevant to them – based on an attribute like “Discipline = HVAC”.
Suggested Feature:
- Ability to configure permissions in ACC Docs so that users can only see files with specific attribute values.
