Feature update on ACC Issues & Reviews to make the initiator / creator company members to Access

  1. Requirements: If the Reviews or Issues are still open & the initiator / creator left the particular organization, as an admin, we should be able to change the Initiator in Reviews & created by in Issues. Since that person's autodesk id will be deactivated, except the admin & tagged people of that review or issue rest of the team members in that project who have member access are not able to see. Also if possible, if a person from a particular company raises an issue or review, the other members from the same company should be able to view / modify the issue or review as default feature. This will help a lot for projects running for more than 3yrs as there will be a lot of team members changes from one single company.

  2. Use Case: This will help the members from the respective company to track the Review or issues which are created by the resigned person & still are open.

  3. Problems Faced: Currently since the initiator is not available, project admin only able to see & have to coordinate with respective company to track issues & void the open reviews & asking them to re-initiate as new review. This leads to a lot of time loss & communication where other stakeholders have given comments / replies for the reviews or issues.

  4. What specific problems or pain points are you currently experiencing with this case? How are these issues impacting your operations or objectives? : There are more than 15 stakeholder companies involved in the project with a team of more than 80 people. Currently as a project admin, I have to track all the above mentioned problems along with overall project maintenance. for open Reviews, everytime the initiator company have to call admin to void these reviews before they initiate the new reviews for the same set of drawings.

  5. Business Impact: How are the problems you are facing affecting your business? Please provide any relevant metrics or qualitative impacts. For example, are there financial losses, operational inefficiencies, or customer satisfaction issues?: This leads to gaps in communication as the other team members are not able to see, resulting in delayed decision making & project delays. Since we are also consultants & maintaining the client's projects on ACC as an admin, we are facing challenges to explain to them that these features are not available from Autodesk. This is resulting in loss of repeat business from the same client.

  6. Challenges: Delayed Communication, Tracking errors, project deliverables delay, design issues not getting addressed.
