Currently, the asset markups on sheets do not automatically reflect the status of the pinned or linked issues associated with them. It would be highly beneficial if the markup color could dynamically change according to the status of the issues linked to that asset or room.
For example, if a markup represents a room and all pinned issues tagged in that room are marked as “Closed”, the corresponding asset markup color should automatically update to a designated “Closed” color status. This visual indicator would help project teams quickly track progress and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
This enhancement would significantly improve efficiency in monitoring issue resolution and asset status on live projects.
