The feature could work similarly to the existing file transfer to non-project members, but in the opposite direction: upload instead of download. This would allow external parties to securely provide specific files without granting them full project access. After the upload, these files should be placed in a predefined folder within the Docs environment, but only after a brief review by the person who requested the data. Additionally, the ability to request file uploads should be role-based. Only authorized team members should be able to initiate such requests to ensure proper access control and prevent misuse.
