I would like to request a feature enhancement for the Submittal tool in Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Currently, when a submittal package is deleted and a new one is created, the system automatically assigns the next sequential ID number and does not allow users to reuse the deleted ID. For example, if the previous package ID was 04, after deletion, the new package is automatically assigned 05, even if users wish to retain 04.
It would be very helpful if the system allowed users to manually edit or reuse deleted submittal package IDs, especially for maintaining consistent document control and traceability in live project workflows.
