Export Sheets in ACC Mobile Application without Needing to Enable Public Links

Issue:

In order to export PDF sheets from the ACC mobile application, the ACC project needs to enable Public Link Sharing for Sheets and files. The snapshot function is not effective for a drawing package, and it is much better to export the entire sheet to retain the most information.

This is the error we receive. If our users on the Mobile App want to export a few drawings to package while onsite, the Public Links setting has to be enabled.

The current workflow is to enable public links that are accessible to anyone. Autodesk provides "Please proceed with caution" when enabling the setting, indicating it should be done with discretion.

Our files are more likely to contain sensitive information than Sheets, Project Admins would prefer to have a little more control over what types of links can be created.

Request:

• Enable users to download sheets from the ACC Mobile app directly without needing to enable the public links setting.
• Separate the ACC public links setting to Sheets or Files, like this.

There should also be more ways to share it besides just the one email way. Especially for mobile users who would want to share via text.
