Export overview of all granted permissions per folder

It's very important for companies who don't always use the same template with the same folders and permissions, to have a clear overview of 'who has permission to what'. Now, you have to go to each folder to check the permission settins individually, if you have a lot of folders (named with numbers of similar names), it can get quite confusing.

Like the file log export function, it should also have an export function showing all the permissions granted (per person, role or company) per folder in the project.

Absolutely true, and this holds significance for companies using a template as well, especially when project administrators may vary significantly. These types of checks are crucial and can serve as a foundation for further automation based on these lists.

Intuitively, I would like to view the folder structure as someone else, be it a company, role or other individual user.

Thanks for your idea and input. We are currently working on a permission matrix for ACC to add this visibility and control. WE are currently evaluating concepts and framework to satisfy all user's needs.

Hi @lance.borst, can you advise what the expected timelines are for delivering this functionality on the ACC platform? This seems like a critical feature for an enterprise SaaS project management tool

On Monday, the email addresses of four project participants will change. Since project creation, I have no memory of giving any of them person-specific folder permissions. If I could check their current permissions, this wouldn't be a problem. Please facilitate.

I just exported a report for \Project files\ and I honestly have no idea how this is useful.

I removed NA with find and replace function on excel, so sheet is little bit readable.

@Renata_Rogic01 That operation brought Excel to its knees due to the 193,070 cells it had to process.

On my projects I use companies to assign permissions and role ´Everyone´ for some folders that are view only or view and download. So my excel is not that big.

@Renata_Rogic01 : It is implemented but not complete. When in a folder a rol or company has permission. Then we do not see in the report who is member of the rol or company.
