Export Contracts as a Comprehensive PDF

Export Contracts as a Comprehensive PDF

Currently, under Cost Module, Autodesk Construction Cloud provides limited options for exporting contract information, and key commercial details are often spread across multiple views or reports. This makes it difficult to generate a complete, professional record of a contract for sharing, review, or archival purposes.

It would be highly beneficial to have the ability to export contracts as a single, comprehensive PDF that includes all relevant information, such as contract line items, associated change orders, contract values, budget assignments, and custom attributes. Having all of this data consolidated into one structured PDF would significantly improve usability for internal reviews, client submissions, audits, and claims documentation.

This enhancement would reduce reliance on screenshots, manual exports, or external spreadsheets, while ensuring data consistency and traceability. A configurable export option—allowing users to select which sections or attributes to include—would further enhance flexibility and make ACC contract management more efficient and aligned with real-world commercial and reporting requirements.

Hello @sraghuwanshi6SMYB

Have you tried document generation?

Contract line items, associated change orders, contract values, budget assignments, and custom attributes can all be complied in Document Generation using document variables.
