@ian_turner this is a major item that i find myself needing in order to manage, update expense items. current system doesnt allow for filtering of budget code which is probably the easiest wat to group expenses
We have a 2 phase plan for this. What sounds simple is unfortunately not due to the shear scale of expense sub items some of our users have and managing performance.
Short term we are working on providing a report based view grouped by budget code so please watch out for that but I'll make a note to let you know when available too.
Beyond that we are also investigating another approach in the UI that would be performance friendly but it's will take longer due to the complexity.
