The platform has a setting in the account admin that allows project administrators to create new projects. This is problematic, because in a large company with multiple departments, each with project administrators, giving everyone the ability to create projects makes it difficult to manage what is created within the ACC. The platform should have the option to allow only account members with a "Project Creator" access level (for example) to create projects. The hierarchy could be as follows:

Standards Administrator
